Ingredients

Salad:

  • Cooked shrimps
  • Thai chili
  • Green papaya
  • Fried shallots
  • Butternut squash
  • Carrot
  • Yellow and red bell peppers
  • Green bean
  • Sugar peas

Dressing:

  • 2 juices of lime
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • 1 shallot grated
  • 1 tbsp tamarind concentrate
