Born in Bordeaux, France, I have been in love with cuisine since I was seven years old when my mother had a car accident and I tried to take care of her. At that time, I discovered the scent of sweet herbs and the different ways of cooking. I knew that I would be a chef.

After graduating from the well-known French Culinary Academy in Bordeaux and traveling around the world learning about different cultures and their food, I have watched my own cuisine develop through the years. So I can delight you with fusion cuisine or exotic dishes from Asia, Mediterranée or Mexico. For those who want to be in great shape, I can cook healthy spa cuisine and for sweet lovers I have some fine pastries.

Now I have eighteen years of professional experience both as a Chef and in the food business. I worked for official, private, caterers, as well as for restaurants. Often, I have been a consultant for different companies in the food industry. I have been rated three stars by the Miami Herald and had a review in the Zagat survey. I had the honor and opportunity to cook and serve VIPs and top companies such as: President Georges Bush for the graduation ceremony of Kendall College (Florida), King Juan Carlos at the Atlanta Olympics, Senator Hillary Clinton’s Miami Campaign Dinner, Senator Jeb Bush, Netherlands Consul, French Consul, Gloria Estefan, Julio Iglesias, Donald Trump, Tyra Banks, Jamie Foxx, Colin Farrell, Hermes, Givenchy, Chanel, Van Cleef and Arpels, Mont Blanc, Jimmy Choo, Victoria Casal, Bulgari, Dassault Falcon Jet, Mercedes Mc Laren, Ferrari North America, Honda Canada, Aston Martin, MTV, Opium Garden, Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra, Miami Opera, Playboy International, Fort Lauderdale Museum of Discovery and Sciences, Archdiocese of Miami, Sony, Pepsi Cola, Super Bowl, Bacardi family, Wow Factor, Marine Max, Rodriguez Group, Lazzara yacht, Christiansen, Viking, Miami and Fort Lauderdale Boat show.

Currently I am a Private Chef for an elite family of Houston, Texas creating and organizing banquets and private parties at the family’s various homes around the world.
